On your first visit to our farm you will fill out an application and have a look around. This first visit is very important to me (the instructor). I am able to build a repertoire with you and observe you or your child’s emotions and reactions to our horses.
Based upon the first visit, you will be given a call to schedule a recurring day and time for your riding lessons to begin.
Most of our lessons will be conducted on a lesson horse here at our farm and will generally last 1 hour. If you have a horse of your own that you would like for your child to ride, that can be taken into consideration. We always provide a certified Riding Helmet if a student does not have one. Cowboy boots and long pants are required for every lesson.
